Other things to note The apartment best suited to 2 adult guests max. I dont accomodate larger parties than that. A parent and child are allowed but note that I don’t have a crib, cot or high chair at the property so those with a toddler need to be aware of this.

Quiet street within the upscale old town Carnaby shopping area of Soho. Can walk almost everywhere in London or easily walk to many tubes/buses. The location is so amazing, you could be out at dinner/drinks/theatres in Soho/Mayfair/West End and pop back and forth to the apartment as quick as a bathroom break. - FAST 100% FULL FIBRE Wifi 1GB Unlimited internet - superfast upload for video / zoom client calls or WFH. Also excellent phone reception. - ADDED 40" 4K HDR Android Smart TV/Monitor with WiFi and HDMI cable, useful spare monitor, even a spare Core i5 laptop can be arranged if needed. - ADDED proper adjustable OFFICE CHAIR to sit at table to work - Very private building, only apartment on entire floor (ideal if you want to avoid crowds coming and going). - High ceilings, huge windows so the place is bright and well lit. - Have travelled extensively as an airbnb guest myself so I know exactly what you need - this is still the best location you will ever stay. - I work remotely so have made sure this apartment has everything you need to work, cook, and live, including everything a professional needs like iron, ironing board - Have heater with thermostat and timer and NEW extra space heater, also have quiet compact turbo fan - I also like to cook healthy food - has full kitchen with everything you need, even a protein shaker. NEWER large digital microwave also. - Also proper real comfy queen size bed / mattress and real pillows for a good nights sleep (not some piece of sponge or fold out couch as I find you often get when travelling) - Also kitchen even has its own room and window where you can even shut the door (so kitchen isn't in the same room as the bed like some places, which is a nice bonus) - Layout - Once you enter the apartment there is a small entranceway with 3 doors, one is the main room with high ceilings / huge window which has the queen bed, cupboards, table and chairs, various tables and drawers etc Other door goes into the kitchen which is its separate room and also has a window. Has sink, oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge, freezer and many utensils trays, pots, pans, plenty of cutlery, everything you need since I like to cook healthy food myself. Other door is for the bathroom with bath, shower, toilet. Guest access Entire apartment is yours, fully self contained apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom. Self-check-in is standard. It consists of: •A small entrance hall with a coat cupboard and big shelf over it to store your suitcases. •A separate kitchenette with electric hob and a microwave/oven/grill, refrigerator, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle and all china and equipment necessary. •The fully tiled bathroom has a full length bath with hand-shower unit and new thermostatic head shower, hand basin and WC. •The flat is comfortably furnished for two people, with one queen-size bed. There is also a choice of automatic air mattress or foam floor mattress suitable for one child/young teenager for shorter stays, and a folding travel-cot for babies up to 15kgs (see photo). We regret that we will NOT accept requests for three adult guests as the space is really too small for comfort. There is hanging space, shelves and drawer space. There is an iron and ironing board, a hair drier, basic sewing kit, radio, Bluetooth music system, Smart TV with Netflix and Chromecast. For business travellers there is workspace with a desk, high speed internet (100Mbps Ethernet; 60 Mbps WiFi) and a WiFi and Airplay all-in-one printer/copier/scanner. Also a X-cut shredder so you don't have to travel on with confidential trash. Easily connect up the Smart TV as a 32 inch wireless monitor to your laptop/tablet from the proper writing/typing desk. There is a post-office and UPS/DHL/FedEx courier services agency available just round the corner. There is good central heating and hot water. We have installed a silent ceiling fan to keep the flat cool in our increasingly hot London summers. There is also a two-way hot/cold Dyson fan for adjusting the temperature further. No air conditioning, but there is a large CEILING FAN to keep cool in the increasingly hot London summers. The rent includes heating in winter, hot water, electricity, linen and high-speed broadband connection. There is excellent easy shopping 5 minutes away on Victoria Street: Waitrose, a Marks and Spencer with good food hall and groceries, the usual High Street stores, supermarkets, fast-food outlets, take-aways and some nice pubs mean you can get meals and other necessities pretty much 24/7. There is also a great range of up-market (including Michelin-starred) restaurants nearby if you are looking for fine dining. For exercise-lovers, you are three minutes jog from the contiguous green areas of St.James' Park, Green Park and Hyde Park with great 5, 10, 20 k circuits. There is a Pilates mat in the flat and also a Bikram Yoga centre in the next block. A public swimming pool open from early morning till late in the evening is just 10 minutes walk away.
