Yes, you`ll get a new smart TV with apps like NETFLIX & Disney+ & Youtube & LIVE-TV.I saw, that this is the only apartment here which includes an external monitor. Please provide more infos about it. Yes, we enable you to do home office. This means, can provide an ultra wide HD monitor. It does have HDMI & DP slots & provide the best resolution: 2560 x 1440, So don`t forget your cables/adapters. Do I get a wireless charger for charging my smartphones or AirPod-Case?Yes. We`ll have a wireless fast charger ready in your apartment. (Qi-Standard)What are your mattresses like?You`ll get thick and high-quality mattresses for your perfect rest.Bakery & grocery for daily needs around?Yes. Just a little walk from here is a big grocery store, bakery, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket are reachable within walking distance.Parking nearby available?Within minutes there are both free and paid public parking lots. Also in front of the building.I saw some nice artwork on your pictures. Are they real?Yes. We have artwork hanging inside that are painted by hand. The value of each handpainted picture is extremly high. So please enjoy. ;)I do not like the smell of cigarettes. Is this a non-smoking apartment?Yes. It`s a non-smoking apartment.Do you have washing machine/dryer in the building? Can I use them?Yes, if you have a long-term stay, then I`ll tell you where in the basement the property owner has washing machines, which are free to use.I haven`t played childhood games like Super Mario , Sonic the Hedgehog, Tetris, Street Fighter, Galaga, Space Invaders, Mortal Kombat & PacMan for a few decades. Can I play some retro games?Yes. Let us know upfront. We might be able to organize a free retro console with a few thousands of games for you. Enjoy your time. ;)I`d love to listen to my own music. Do you provide bluetooth speakers so I can listen to my own music, or watch movies on my own tablet?Yes. Let us know upfront. As many customers wanted to have it, we`ve finally installed security cameras for your safety.How well equipped is the kitchen?In Germany we would call it a tea-kitchen. We have most of the necessary things, so you can make your own breakfast etc. but as we have so many great restaurants nearby you won`t need it anyway. But for sure, we have a microwave, WMF coffee machine, WMF toaster, WMF kettle etc. For yourself this is definetly sufficient, but if you want to invite 10 guests to the pleace and cook for them then it`s not ideal. ;)I like reading a lot. Could you provide books & magazines? Yes, in the ground floor we`ve put a book shelf with many many books. You can read them for free in your apartment. Just make sure you return them before you leave.Is a FREE baby-bed available for us?Yes. For your baby's safety I can also organize a baby-bed for you.Is there a place where I can rent bicycles nearby the flat?We don`t offer bikes ourselves, but my friend has a bike rental. Ask us upfront if bikes are available for your dates. If you come through us, we might get a big discount.What`s my target?My aim is to be flexible for you whenever you have delays or other problems. I am always reachable.. Your satisfaction is always my top priority.
