The living room has a large dining table that comfortably seats 6, a light-filled common area with 3 oversized windows that is ideal for working and relaxing. The kitchen has a Carrara marble breakfast bar, wine cooler, and dishwasher.
This private home has luxurious interior finishes including a full chef's kitchen, central AC, washer/dryer, imported marble counters, luxurious high thread count linens, and Malin & Goetz toiletries. The primary bedroom features a workstation and walk-in closet. Washer dryer in-unit, three bedrooms, and subway tile bathrooms. Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in writing by Rove. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental Agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $300 charge per stay for reservations 30 nights or longer. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained.
