The space
The studio consists of; equipped kitchen, living room, TV, good WiFi, bathroom with bathtub and elevator.
We provide quite a few towels, sheets and blankets.
There is laundry in the building. Each token is €3

You can walk along Avenida Martianez and Paseo de San Telmo.
Strategically well located, close to supermarkets, restaurants, Lake Martianez, pharmacies. A 3-minute walk away is the Martianez Shopping Center where there is a Mercadona, several shops and private parking

We provide quite a few towels, sheets and blankets.
Cleaning is not included, the charge of €40 is for the last cleaning. If you need a cleaning during your stay, the cost would be €30 for a direct payment.
The pools will remain closed for maintenance throughout the month of September.
Just in front is Playa Martianez and Lake Martianez.
