The space
This is a large, first floor fully furnished, new studio, about 45 sq
meters, or 480 sq ft.
Comfortable queen size bed, modern amenities, 55" smart TV, complete kitchen, fridge and small freezer, great large shower, well-kept, Samsung laundry washer / dryer in one, good light and many bright spots, well decorated and anything you will need for an unforgettable and pleasant stay.

ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT AND SURROUNDINGS:
As you may know, Tulum is the perfect fusion of village and jungle. Nature lets us share the same territory with it and allows us to experiment via the amazing views of the jungle. As well, you are lucky due to the fact of being surrounded by many spring waters and the Caribbean Ocean just a few minutes away from the spot.

Other things to note
Some roads are unfinished but that should not stop you from enjoying and having a blast at Tulum. We have free parking available at the complex. We will give you detailed instructions on how to arrive. We will perfectly coordinate your check in and check out. Staff always on premise.

UPDATE 1/2/2022
As EVERYWHERE in Tulum, there is also here a construction nearby where they are working now from 08.00 am to 5.00 PM. There might be some noise during their working hours.This unit has been discounted 10% to compensate for the noise , even if this it totally out of our hands of course.
