The space
Welcome to Charles Court, a remarkable 2-bedroom mezzanined duplex nestled on charming Charles Street in the vibrant West Village. This stunning home epitomizes contemporary design with impeccable attention to detail, clever space utilization, and an inviting ambiance. With two fireplaces, including a wood-burning one, and a private bi-level garden, this residence offers a unique experience. The highlight is the south-facing mezzanine-level living room, featuring soaring ceilings and expansive windows that bathe the space in natural light and seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. The open floor plan encompasses a chic dining area and a state-of-the-art kitchen with Caesarstone countertops and top-of-the-line appliances. The master suite offers a tranquil retreat with a luxurious Porcelanosa-tiled spa bath, rain shower, and double sinks. Upstairs, a second bedroom awaits with its own fireplace and a full bath. Outside, the two-tiered Bluestone-paved garden is perfect for entertaining.

This property is all yours! You will either be personally greeted by a Rove member or provided with self check-in instructions. Our Concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your stay.

Other things to note
This home contains an environmental sensor that is remotely monitored.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Pets are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of the property management company. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $300 for reservations. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained.
