Unique, 950 sqft, 1 bedroom/1 bath home in highly desirable Washington Park, minutes from downtown Denver, complete with quality amenities, private deck, 2 gas fireplaces, a queen-size Sleep Number bed & fully-equipped kitchen.

The space
**IMPORTANT** PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE PAGE before booking, including all of the house rules (at the bottom of the page under the Things to Know section) and cancellation policy. Guests will be asked to sign a vacation rental agreement, and agree to security deposit to finalize booking.

The Space:

Guests enter through the back privacy gate to access the electronic code lock. You can drop your bags in the foyer as you take in the dark wood kitchen, the extra large suede sofa has a second queen pull-out bed.

The comfortable living area was developed for movie, TV, and music entertainment. Enjoy the incredible, custom tuned sound system which includes two sub-woofers.

Customizable dimmable lights throughout the house, including four colored pendant lights to set the ambiance as you like. Smart thermostat for cold winters and solar attic fan helps keep the home cool during the summer. Games, books, yoga mats and massage tools are available for guests.

My home has a large, electronic adjustable height desk for remote workers and digital nomads, with anti-fatigue standing mat, 27-inch Monitor and wireless keyboard and mouse to connect to your devices.

Walter, the Smart Robot Vacuum Cleaner (my butler), will clean the home every other day and multiple air purifiers will keep the air fresh and clean throughout your stay.

Take complete control of all the home's smart devices with the iPad or Siri Voice Commands.

The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience the culinary artist would need. From rice steamers, to egg strainers for that perfect Benedict, and Insta/Crock-Pots too! There are multiple options for making coffee and the kitchen includes spices, coffee, and tea. Enjoy an extra large, JennAir refrigerator for your groceries, with filtered water provided. The stovetop has changeable panels - guests may switch out a glass stovetop for a griddle or indoor grill, it's a pancake and bacon making machine!

Make yourself a delicious breakfast smoothie with the blender or juicer, and browse my cookbook collection for dinner ideas. Prep your meals with the new PrepDeck, which makes cleanup quick and easy! Extra specialty dishes for outdoor dining, sushi, fondue and more can be found in the buffet. Baking tools are available for making tasty desserts in the oven!

Decantur, shot glasses, additional barware and tonic water await you in the bar if you'd like to pour yourself an adult beverage.

The bedroom has thick dark wood-slatted shades (as does the entire home), to keep the light out when you want to sleep in. Soft, white sheets cover the Queen-size Sleep Number bed with remote, to perfect your comfort. Extra linens and blankets (including electric ones) are available in the closet.

Dimmable, canned ceiling lights and bedside lamps give you multiple options to dial in the bedroom lighting to your preference. An oversized ceiling fan keeps you cool at night, deep drawers and hanging closets give you plenty of room for all your clothes and accessories.

Smart bedroom air-washer will keep the air fresh and add moisture, for a great night's sleep. Wired and wireless charging stations are available on the nightstands, for your devices. An iron, steamer and hair dryer are all available for you to dapper or doll up for a night out in the city.

The bathroom has an extra deep bathtub for a luxurious soak and an extra-wide shower head for fresh mornings. Guests can enjoy natural shower products including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Extra fluffy towels, hand towels and washcloths are always waiting in the closet and extra toiletries in the drawer if you forgot to pack your toothpaste or hairpins. Pamper yourself with a classic luxury waffle & plush velour spa robe after a hot shower or long bath.

The deck is encased in a tall privacy fence offering a sense of seclusion in the big city. Romantic lights flicker on in the evenings and guests can curl up on the couch or flip burgers on the Genesis grill while the stone fireplace sparks softly in the background. The outdoor dining table offers room up for up to eight and an extra large umbrella to keep guests cool in the sunny Mile-High summers.

My home has central heating on a Nest thermostat and a central evaporative cooling system. Additional fans are available for those extra hot and sunny days and a space heater for super frigid winter mornings.

Guest access
Entire Home. Guests will receive a code for the electronic lock and a detailed House Manual.

Other things to note
A $500 security deposit is required for all bookings. It’s fully refundable if the house rules are honored. Security deposit can be paid through AirBnb. You will receive a Payment request through AirBnb 7 days prior to Check-In. If security deposit is not received, guest will not have access to the home.
