This is such a great walkable or bike/scootable neighborhood. Rental bikes and scooters from Uber, Lime and Lyft are readily available through their apps.

Parking is a breeze with 1 included off street parking space and lots of free street parking out front. Be sure to check the guest manual from April-November as street sweeping happens once a month and can result in a fine.
