The space

The house is bright as all rooms are equipped with sliding bay windows and 4 out of 5 bedrooms offer direct access to the terrace and its swimming pool.
The house is equipped with reversible air-conditioners in all rooms.

SWIMMING POOL:
The villa has a large 10mx5m heated infinity pool with a submerged beach secured by an electric roller shutter.
The pool is on the large sea view terrace.

Important point: the villa does not have a garden.

TERRACE:
Beautiful wooden terrace with guardrail, sea view and scrub. The off pool terrace is about 70 sqm and consists of:
- a dining area with a large table for 12 people
- a relaxation area with 4 deckchairs, and a garden furniture (garden sofa and coffee table).

KITCHEN:
Kitchen open to large living room with central island. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, range hood, American fridge with ice dispenser, various appliances (coffee machine, citrus press, toaster, blender, etc.).

LAUNDRY:
A small room adjoining the kitchen has a washing machine, and storage.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a dining table with extenders, a sofa with daybed, wall-mounted TV.

BEDROOMS:
The villa has 5 spacious and bright bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted TVs and desks. 1 computer screen is available to allow you to work remotely with peace of mind.
2 bedrooms have queen size beds, 2 more single bedrooms that can be pushed together in order to get king size beds, 1 bedroom is equipped with 4 bunk beds for children's happiness.
The bedding is new and large brand.
Each bedroom has a large sliding door closet with hanging space and shelves.

Bathrooms:
3 bathrooms are available in the villa: double sinks in each, Italian showers, 1 bathtub, electric towel heaters.

Toilet:
1 independent toilet and 2 other toilets in the bathrooms.

HOBBIES:
We provide guests with:
- board games: scrabble, monopoly, backgammon, card games, game case, dartboard, petanque balls, books and children's stuffed animals
- snowshoes and tennis balls
- beach equipment: 4 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach games, etc.

BEACH:
Favone Beach is a 10-minute walk from the villa, a 3-minute drive. It's easy to park all year round.
The beach has several very nice restaurants, including the famous restaurant "La Siesta".
Possibility to book deckchairs by the day or by the half day.
Several water sports are offered on this beach: paddleboarding, windsurfing, pedal boat, kayaking, etc.

Other beautiful beaches are nearby: Canella beach, Fautéa beach.
