The apartment is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms in line. Ideal for a couple with children. Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & a separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 bedrooms on the first floor.

The space
A large "Private" duplex apartment, beautifully decorated, totally independent of the House, access to which is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden.
Pleasant reception room & US kitchen and shower room on the first level & separate toilet, the interior staircase serves 2 bedrooms in line upstairs.

Guest access
General access - by car - is after crossing the small bridge over the Lieure, 2 Rue de l 'Éurch, behind the house with a Grand Pin and facing the river [ large green gate Clair ], after having made the code communicated with the last instructions you will have access to the parking lot behind the house . You will park on the left between the 2 hedges in the designated location. In front of you will be a gate giving access to the PRIVATE GARDEN . At your right , the staircase to take will take you to your apartment . To take a walk, you can then take the small gate along the river, this one faces the Lavoir and does not require a Code or Key ! At night, the path to the stairs is marked, the presence detectors will then trigger.
For your convenience, a Key & Beep for the opening of the Portal will be given to you upon your arrival, or deposited for your attention in a space provided for this purpose . When you leave, the procedure to follow will be the same...

Other things to note
The logs for the wood burning stove are available inside with the lighting kit as well as at the foot of the stairs under the terrace.
The Charbon de Bois as well as all the utensils are in the small cabin at the back of the garden near the BBQ, and the garden table with its 4 chairs. Don't hesitate to grill a few, you can only enjoy these always very friendly moments.
The ingredients (Oil, Vinegar, Mustard and various condiments) & basket of shallots, garlic & thyms are always available.
For breakfasts, these are not included, but we always leave jams, Nespresso coffee capsules, varieties of Teas for our guests, at our discretion.
A welcome kit with bread, farmer's butter, farmer's apple juice, cider for your arrival will be provided . We still invite you to enjoy the village by going to the Boulangerie de la Place to choose breads from another time - especially the salted butter puff pastry - and to take full advantage of the market 9: 00-13: 30 (Thursday, Saturday & Sunday). Depending on the arrivals & seasons you will have to live the moment and will no doubt know how to adapt your choices according to your tastes of the moment or according to the circumstances that led you to Lyons-la-Forêt.
The Beds are of course made, the towels are at your disposal as well as the toiletries kit (Soap, Shampoo, Shower gel)...
We invite you to look at the collection of Books in the Library of the Salon or on the shelves on the floor, to consult them & to enjoy some moments of relaxation while listening to Jazz by tapping into the CD albums...
