The space
A very large south-facing terrace with a 30-degree heated swimming pool and a luxurious 6-seater jacuzzi overlooking a splendid garden without overlooking complete the services of this property, for a memorable stay.

You can enjoy the morning sun at our large outdoor dining table, where we will be happy to serve breakfast when the weather permits.

A large umbrella will be available to protect the most sensitive of you, as well as 2 large comfortable ergonomic sunbeds.

A lounge with 6 seats as well as 2 side tables housed under the covered terrace will allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the place while being sheltered from the sun, if you want.

Finally, you can relax and lounge in our large hammock hanging under the pines.

For barbecue lovers, we'll be happy to share ours with you.

From mid-June/early July (depending on the weather) to October, we allow guests to enjoy the heated swimming pool free of charge, to be distributed according to the following hours: from 9am to 2pm and from 5pm to 10pm.

From November to the end of April/beginning of May (depending on the weather) we allow guests to enjoy the free jacuzzi, to be distributed according to the following times: from 9am to 2pm and from 5pm to 10pm.

In the kitchen, we will be happy to make our microwave available to you free of charge (in order to heat a dish, a bottle, or others), as well as our fridge, our freezer, our electric kettle, our toaster, ... and dishes if needed.

Also, if necessary, you can count on our washing machine and dryer to help you out at no additional cost.

If you have a vehicle, it can be parked safely in our secure car park, and for the more sporty of you, your equipment (such as bicycles, for example) can be housed free of charge in our large garage.

Young parents will be able to enjoy a baby bed, baby bath and high chair at no extra cost, which we will be happy to make available to you.

Guests with a child up to 18 years old will be able to accommodate the child for free in our secondary bedroom, also equipped with a double bed, a bedside table with lamp, a desk, a TV (not connected to the Internet), ultra-fast ethernet and Wi-Fi connections, a standing fan and storage cabinet. The guest will also have free access to the private bathroom with massage jet bathtub, double vanity and shower cubicle for 2 people.

Guest access
As described in the listing, guests will have full and unlimited access to their room and private bathroom, as well as the toilet, and outside.

They will also have full access to the terrace and garden (as well as garden furniture) when using the pool or hot tub.

Guests will have limited access to the laundry room (to do laundry, for example) and the garage (to drop off or pick up your equipment, such as bicycles).

They will also have access to the kitchen (limited to the use of the microwave, fridge, freezer, blinder, toaster, electric kettle, etc.), and dishes if needed.
