The space
With 400mˆ2 and only three +1 bedrooms there is a relaxing feeling. The house is located at the sea with an own beach and on a lot of 10.000mˆ2. The beach cottage is separately listed on Airbnb so the use of the pier is shared with possible guests there. The House has an own spa with sauna, steam room, spacious shower and two bathtubs +walk in closet +dressing room area all next to Master bedroom. Two home office desks.
