The space
Attached to the apartment is a private plunge pool for those hot days when you just want to cool down, or shake out stress. If you are a morning person - as we are - the apartment is east facing, so you wake up with the sun, there is space to do some morning yoga, and there are morning birds to sync you up. This is the jungle!
Other things to note
Tulum is one of the fastest growing destinations worldwide, seeing an exponential growth at the moment. There are many new projects coming up all over the city and construction in all areas.
This is also the case for our part of Tulum - La Veleta. At this moment there is a new construction coming up right next to our building SURYA - on the same side of the bulding as this unit is located. Although the initial part with heavy machinery is over now, you will be affected by construction during their working hours 08.00 to 5.00 PM.
To compensate for this, prices have already been reduced with 10%.
