The room is part of a shared student apartment for 4 people. The rent includes all costs from internet to toilet paper.

Other things to note
If you want to rent the room long term, you can choose to rent exclusively via Airbnb or with a rental agreement after your Airbnb booking expires.

With a rental agreement you can officially register at the apartment and receive the "Meldezettel". A Meldezettel is required for studying at university or work.

If you need a rental agreement for a visa application, the rental agreement can be sent with Email and signed digitally before you move in.

The rental agreement comes with a deposit of 800€. The deposit must be paid no later than on the day you move in and will be refunded when you move out.

In the case you prefer long term renting via Airbnb a deposit is not needed but, additional Airbnb fees of 14% apply to the monthly rent.
