The space

The apartment has been fully renovated, furnished with style and it is equipped with everything you may need. We provide visitors with top quality sheets, pillows, duvets and towels. The bedrooms have lined curtains to block outside light to ensure a good night's rest.

The thick brick walls ensure there is very little noise from the neighbours. You would never know you are in the very center of a metropolis.

Enjoy a rare sense of space with ceilings stretching to the height of over four metres or 14 feet. The living room opens to a cobble stoned street and the bedrooms to a peaceful inner courtyard.

There is lots of workspace. The second bedroom has a height adjustable desk and a large computer monitor and keyboard for ergonomic computer work.

The long living room table turns into a work space during the day and in the evenings you can sit down to a wonderful home cooked dinner, sprawl on the cushy sofa or relax in the sauna.

The central railway and bus stations, three large shopping centers and many grocery stores including a 24 hour one are only a few blocks away.

To get here you walk a few floors up a cute winding staircase with small Parisian balkonies that give to the inner courtyard, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. There is no elevator so you're sure to keep fit during your visit.

The building has a central water circulation heating system for the winter and during the hot months you have the use of an Electrolux air conditioning unit for cooling.

The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator.
It accommodates five people comfortably. The master bedroom has two 90 cm wide Tempur beds, the second bedroom a 160 cm wide double bed and the loft a 140 cm wide futon mattress. Please note that the loft stairs are steep thus the space is not suitable for small children.
