Big pine trees for essential shade during summer. 2 hectares of hillside with lush mediterranean vegetation and vineyard surrounding the house.The spaceNice apartment with garden in a house on a hill at 300 m from the sea. Between Hyeres and Saint Tropez, Le Lavandou facing the golden islands of Port Cros, Le Levant and Porquerolles. The house is very calm and quiet, the garden has many trees like pine trees, fig trees, mimosas. The beach is in 5 minutes walking distance and Le Lavandou at 3 km. A cycle track near the house goes from Toulon to Saint Tropez, it is very safe even for walking.You can take the boat to reach the islands in 45 minutes and Saint Tropez by car is 45 minutes too. The old flowered village of Bormes Les Mimosas is at only 5 km and the very nice city of Hyeres is at 20 km.You will find a lot of pubs, restaurants and nightclubs and of course many sandy beaches in and around Le Lavandou to spend your day.To arrive here, you may fly in to Hyeres Toulon airport or take a train to Toulon station. There is a bus to Le Lavandou.The apartment has a large living room with a double bed, table, chairs and dressing . The floor is made of baviara stone which is a special stone including flowers or fossils. Sometimes people may think the floor is dirty but it is not, it is just a special stone... The kitchen is a separate room and the bathroom (with shower) too. Outside on the big terrace you may have dinner, lunch or rest under the pine trees.Perfect for 2 people !
