Villa Maremmani is situated in the scenic countryside of Puglia, yet just 5 minutes by car from the Santorini of Italy, called Ostuni (“the white city”).

Ostuni in turn is only 15 minutes away from some of Puglia best sand beaches, as well as great surf and kite-surf spots.

We want to share our home with you and make you part of this wonderful place, where you can disconnect from the city, play with our three cute dogs and breathe fresh air.

The space
The digital nomad private bedroom is equipped with everything you need to work effectively while enjoying yourself far away from a busy city. You will enjoy Starlink internet access with download speeds up to 300mb/s (average around 100mb/s, 50ms latency), and upload speeds between 30-60mb/s. This means that you are covered for video calls in 4k, smooth working and even gaming. The spacious room also features a big table with a monitor and several comfortable chairs. Last but not least, there is a surfing board which you can rent for free.

Starlink is not only super fast, it has also become a reliable source of internet over the course of the last few months. Just in case, we have up to 2 backup internet providers with speeds of around 20mb/s.

In addition, you have access to the entire floor that you share with only one more guest room featuring a big living room, a small kitchen, as well as two seating areas with a barbecue outside.

**Please note that the bed is currently only a sofabed, that is best for 1 person. If you plan a longer stay with someone else, please let us know so that we can propose you another room**

Guest access
The Villa Maremmani has two floors and we live on the top floor but each floor has its own entrance. You have free access to the entire floor, bathroom, kitchen and living room as well as the 7,000 square meter garden with over 33 olive grows as well as lemon, cherry, peaches, abricots, figue and other fruit trees. We are happy to share anything that grows in the garden with you.

Other things to note
Due to the construction of the house the temperature stays quite stable throughout the year so that it never gets over 24 degrees downstairs, even when it’s 40 degrees outside in summer.

We have three lovely dogs that are not allowed inside, but that share the space with you outside. They are sweet teenagers (1 year) and not aggressive and you are welcome to play with them, just don’t feed them please :-)

Finally, no parties please unless agreed upon with us in advance.
