The space
The apartment has four big windows facing a quiet courtyard. On a corner of the building, we get morning-to-evening light. The place is fully equipped to be comfortable for long stay: air-condition, microwave, fridge and freezer, hairdryer, washer, iron w/ iron board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner and espresso maker. Central heating, big cabinets and storage room.

Having worked for years from home and as part-time digital nomads, we organized the space to fit the needs of the flock: we have a reliable high-speed internet, a full size desk with a leather swivel chair, and a variety of alternative, more relaxed work spaces (i.e. the morning-sun sundeck table, the afternoon-sun dining table plus the evening-wibe couch and a butterfly-chair in the salon :) In addition to the TV set which can be connected to a computer or gaming machine as a screen, we have another computer screen available - both 26-inch wide. We will provide you with a list of places to eat, order or pick-up daily freshly made meals. A cleaning support and taxi driver who speaks English are available - but not included in the price. The Belgrade airport transfer is available for 50 Euros one way.

As coffee addicts, we provide a) a Dolce Gusto capsules machine, b) a moka express c) an electric kettle (for Nescafe fans), d) a "dzezva" - a Serbian traditional coffee maker :) as well as a range of cups of all sizes and styles to serve it. And if you feel lazy, next to the house is Kafa-Kafa, a cafe serving excellent coffee :)

We know how important is to have a good night rest: the bedroom can be totally darkened and the bed has a hard-to medium hard memory foam mattress. You can chose between down or synthetic-filled pillows, and between wool or down-filled duvets.

We provide our guests with listings of cool places to go and things to do in Novi Sad and surroundings: music, theatre, food, coffee, gymnasiums, shops and farmers' markets...

Our guests usually come for a month or two and then extend their stay to up to six months - and one guest stayed more than a year. During the five years that we have been in business, we have been always booked (yes, even during the Covid-19 crisis!) and our reviews are all - fives. Come and see why!

PS The living room graffiti, a homage to Roy Lichtenstein, are original work by a local street-art artist.

Guest access
The apartment is not shared, so you get the whole flat just for yourself. It is on the 3rd floor of the building with an elevator.

Other things to note
- At the arrival you will get fresh towels and sheets;
- Belgrade airport pick up can be arranged for 60 Euros;
- In case of late arrival (after 9:30 PM), you will pick up the key from us on Liman 4 and do self check-in. It is 10 min drive from the apartment and the taxi ride costs around 5 Euros;
