On top a cleaning service of all the communal areas twice a week is included! We want to make sure the apartment stays super clean and everybody feels comfortable.

No long-term leases are required. Rent month-to-month — from one great experience to the next. And if you’re enjoying your time, know that you can always stay longer.

Our cleaning lady will come twice a week to take care of the communal spaces. If you want your room to be cleaned let us know and we can arrange this for you.

The apartment will have:

*BIG OPEN KITCHEN
We offer you a spacious kitchen with all the convenient appliances you need for you to use at any time. In the fridge, you will find your private compartment.
A washing machine and a dryer are installed and can be used without any charges.

* OPEN WORKSPACE
This place is created mainly for working, you have a big table to put your laptop, papers, and snacks so you can feel comfortable and focused and work creatively and interact with others. Here you can work, discuss, drink coffee, have dinner and enjoy the interaction with your coliving roommates.

* LOUNGE WORKSPACE
This place you can see as an extension to the open workspace, just a bit more relaxed. You can use the sofas to chill, read, work, and for having conversations.

* SILENT WORKSPACE
This room is designed for deep focused working. The silent workspace is not made for talking or having phone calls, just for concentrated working.
