Our cosy home offers you an indoor jungle where you can relax or work in a nice, green environment with all comforts. We have lots of plants that have their own name. Our cosy home is situated in a little town Overbeke near Wetteren. You can still reach Gent easily by bike (+/- 30 min drive). Grocery stores are at walking distance (5 min) from the house. Read a book or drink a cup of coffee/tea in our green porch or tiny garden (and meet the sparrows that live under our tree). Take a walk at the nice riverbanks of the Schelde or go for a bicycle-tour to Ghent or Wetteren. Besides several relaxing opportunities we also have a big desk with two monitors as professional work-space. Our large kitchen with bar-table is perfect to cook some dinner together. You can even cook with local products straight from our farmers that are delivered each friday at the church around our corner (order in time). Watch some netflix in our living room . Welcome to Antwerp! You will stay in a spacious apartment with lots of light on the fifth floor (with elevator), in a lovely and safe neighborhood near the main city park and the center of Antwerp. You can reach the most beautiful spots of the city in a few minutes, on foot or by tram (stops right in front of the door). There is a small supermarket downstairs. Everything you need at your fingertips. The space The living room has a beautiful bay window. There is a lot of light throughout the day. You have a view of the greenery across the street. The view is at its best in the morning and evening. There is a dining table and desk with adjustable monitor (27 in). The 1.5-person seat (loveseat) is ideal for curling up with a book or sitting comfortably together with just the two of you. The kitchen is fully equipped, with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven and microwave. The spacious bedroom has a double bed (160cm) in black steel with wooden finish. You overlook a 19th century neo-Gothic church. The bathroom has a bath/shower, sink and toilet. Bed and bath linen are provided. The living room and bedroom have blackout curtains. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment, with the exception of the second bedroom that I use as storage space. Other things to note This is my own apartment. Be kind to my plants.

Welcome to Maison Philippe, your own luxury fully equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Situated on the Meir in the middle of Antwerp Center. The perfect location for 4 guests to have an amazing stay in the center of Antwerp. The space Maison Philippe is a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. Each bedroom as an ensuite bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen a dining table for four people and two comfortable sofa's. Maison Philippe is an "Smart" apartment with Sonos sound system. A tablet to control lights and Sonos is provided. The apartment has high speed internet and also a tv monitor provided. Please bring your laptop in order to use the tv monitor to be connected with HDMI cable. Guest access Guests of Maison Philippe will have private access to the complete apartment. This is an entire apartment there are no shared areas with me or other guests.

Cosy and bright room in a modern Brussels house idealy located in the european neighbourhood, 15min by walk from the Grand-place. The location of the flat is central, near vibrant central Brussels district and near a lot of good restaurants. The public transportation is also around the corner. The room (18 m2), has its own individual bathroom, and a king size very confortable bed. Can’t wait to host you in Brussels in this complete new and shiny room ! The space A clean and bright room with two windows and a king size very comfortable bed. The bathroom is next and connected to the room but if necessary you can use the extra toilet at the main floor. The room is about 20 square meters and have a lot of storage space for your clothes. As breakfast accommodation, you have a Nespresso machine and kettle with some Thea and coffee. Guest access Very easy access via metro station “botanique” direct from south station or via tram from central station.

Welcome to our chic flat in Ixelles, Brussels! We recently moved into this amazing spacious place from Los Angeles, CA. We love the bright, colorful, vibe this space offers looking out into a serene courtyard of trees. Tucked away in a great neighborhood and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. The space A very large south-facing terrace with a 30-degree heated swimming pool and a luxurious 6-seater jacuzzi overlooking a splendid garden without overlooking complete the services of this property, for a memorable stay. You can enjoy the morning sun at our large outdoor dining table, where we will be happy to serve breakfast when the weather permits. A large umbrella will be available to protect the most sensitive of you, as well as 2 large comfortable ergonomic sunbeds. A lounge with 6 seats as well as 2 side tables housed under the covered terrace will allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the place while being sheltered from the sun, if you want. Finally, you can relax and lounge in our large hammock hanging under the pines. For barbecue lovers, we'll be happy to share ours with you. From mid-June/early July (depending on the weather) to October, we allow guests to enjoy the heated swimming pool free of charge, to be distributed according to the following hours: from 9am to 2pm and from 5pm to 10pm. From November to the end of April/beginning of May (depending on the weather) we allow guests to enjoy the free jacuzzi, to be distributed according to the following times: from 9am to 2pm and from 5pm to 10pm. In the kitchen, we will be happy to make our microwave available to you free of charge (in order to heat a dish, a bottle, or others), as well as our fridge, our freezer, our electric kettle, our toaster, ... and dishes if needed. Also, if necessary, you can count on our washing machine and dryer to help you out at no additional cost. If you have a vehicle, it can be parked safely in our secure car park, and for the more sporty of you, your equipment (such as bicycles, for example) can be housed free of charge in our large garage. Young parents will be able to enjoy a baby bed, baby bath and high chair at no extra cost, which we will be happy to make available to you. Guests with a child up to 18 years old will be able to accommodate the child for free in our secondary bedroom, also equipped with a double bed, a bedside table with lamp, a desk, a TV (not connected to the Internet), ultra-fast ethernet and Wi-Fi connections, a standing fan and storage cabinet. The guest will also have free access to the private bathroom with massage jet bathtub, double vanity and shower cubicle for 2 people. Guest access As described in the listing, guests will have full and unlimited access to their room and private bathroom, as well as the toilet, and outside. They will also have full access to the terrace and garden (as well as garden furniture) when using the pool or hot tub. Guests will have limited access to the laundry room (to do laundry, for example) and the garage (to drop off or pick up your equipment, such as bicycles). They will also have access to the kitchen (limited to the use of the microwave, fridge, freezer, blinder, toaster, electric kettle, etc.), and dishes if needed.
