The apartment 67m2 is located only 10-minute-walk from the main square or picnic area Poloj. There is also a recreation centre Vijuš with a swimming pool, bowling alley and a gym. Supermarket and a caffe bar are also nearby. There is TV in the living room and a projector in the bedroom with Netflix, HBOMax and IPTV. The balcony is perfect for cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing glass of wine/favorite cocktail in the evening. There is an elevator and a parking spot in underground garage. The space This spacious flat consists of one master bedroom, home-office, living room with a sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, master bathroom and powder room. Since I’ve lived here not long ago, it is furnished and decorated as a Tesla-fan den because I’m crazy about Tesla vehicles. That’s how the apartment got its name! I’m also into gadgets, so the whole apartment – lights, AC, heating, TV – is voice-managed and controlled. There is a 65-inch screen TV in the living room and a projector in the bedroom, both including Netflix and IPTV. Home-office, or the study, is intended for gaming, work from home, creative work or just surfing and is equipped with high-performances PC, two 4k monitors and the Internet connection (200/20MBs). There is also a poker-machine, but for fun only! The balcony is perfect for cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing glass of wine/favourite cocktail in the evening. About 10 min walk to the beach (1 km) and 25 min (2 km) to the city center (Diocletian's palace). No need to use your car if you like to walk, like me. Everything is quite near. And the studio is very colourful and very well equipped. You will make yourself almost at home. The space It's nice and warm studio apartment, most suitable for solo travelers or for a couple. Also suitable for business travellers. It wouldn't be suitable if you are with children. The apartment is warmly coloured with adjustable illumination. Small balcony is at your disposal for morning coffee or for evening relaxation. Personally, I like to work in there too. There is a separate bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. Guest access Everything inside is at your disposal. Flat broad internet with wired or wireless connection. Download speed up to 200 Mbits and upload at 20 Mbits. Cable TV, DVD player, microwave oven. The brand new smart Android TV is introduced from may 2021, which enables you the use of internet app such as internet radio (free). If you have your your personal Netflix account you can use Netflix as well. Other things to note If you are a business traveler or a businessman on vacation or a digital nomad, there is a small desk where you can put your laptop and connect it to an external monitor which is also provided and included in the price. Visitors could appreciate the music box with FM radio, USB and CD player, which could be useful, for example, if you get stuck in the apartment due to bad weather. There's a guitar too... if you know how to play it.

House Edi is a charming Istrian stone house built with a lot of care for a perfect vacation or remote working. This is a private house with one rental unit. In 2021 we had a lot of upgrades, including new kitchen, appliances, mattresses, bedding, furniture, office, grass and irrigation, outdoor furniture and installation of super fast fiber optic internet. You will be pleasantly surprised how relaxing and comfortable our house is! The space House Edi is a traditional Istrian house with all the modern necessities you need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation or remote working. The house is 95 m2 large with an outdoor dining and lounge area, a large private pool and a beautiful garden of additional 510 m2. Please note that this is one rental unit. You can see 3 doors from the outside on the pictures and each of these doors is an entrance / exit from the house (one is the kitchen door, and the other two are bedroom / living room doors). Please look at the house plan in the pictures for better understanding. THE KITCHEN The new kitchen was installed in November of 2021, including quartz countertops, large new refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hood, induction cooktop, oven, toaster, blender, food chopper, panini press, electric water kettle and two coffee machines. We have a Nespresso machine with milk frother (aeroccino), filter coffee machine and a French press. We provide few Nespresso pods upon arrival, as well as tea, however, we do not provide unlimited coffee and tea. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, plates, glasses, coffee / tea cups, pots and pans. If you like to cook, you will certainly enjoy this gourmet kitchen, especially our Mercer culinary knife set. The dining room table is a custom made solid oak table that comfortably sits 6 people and gives a rustic look to the house. The kitchen has a wood burning fireplace which you can enjoy during cooler months. The whole house can be heated with wood from the fireplace which is connected to the radiators. Price of wood is not included in the rental price, however, we can supply you with wood at an additional cost of 70 Euro per cubic meter. We have 2 electric units for air-conditioning and heating which is included in the price. THE BEDROOMS The house has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is shared with the living room and the office (this is the right door if you look at the pictures from the outside). This bedroom has one Euro Queen bed size (160 x 200 cm) which fits 2 people. This bed lifts and has storage underneath. Around the bed, there is a curtain for privacy since this is shared space with living room and the office. The second bedroom is in the middle of the house (this is the middle door if you look at the pictures from the outside). This bedroom has one Euro Queen bed size (160 x 200 cm) which fits 2 people. This bedroom also has two single beds (one measures 90 x 200 cm and the other 90 x 190 cm). All beds have bed lamps with wireless and USB charging for compatible smart phones and led light strips. Please note that it is necessary to walk through the middle bedroom to enter the kitchen from the other bedroom / living room. You can also walk to the kitchen from the outside and then do not need to walk through the middle bedroom. We provide the bedding (single duvet with a cover for each person), pillows, extra pillows and blankets for all the beds. New mattresses, bedding and pillows were purchased in November of 2021. THE BAHTROOMS The house has 2 bathrooms, both of which have showers, toilets and sinks. One of the bathrooms has a washing machine for laundry. We do not have a clothes dryer, we have a line for drying your clothes outside behind the house. Each bathroom has water boiler for hot water and a bathroom heater. We provide bathroom and pool towels. We provide hand soap and few starter rolls of toilet paper. We also provide a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board. THE WORKSPACE / INTERNET / TV The workspace is a remote workers dream! It is located within the bedroom and living room area. We have a nice desk, comfortable office chair and lamp with wireless and USB phone charging. Upon request, we can provide a 24 inch monitor (Dell S2421HS), wireless keyboard and mouse and cables (HDMI and USB-Type C) to connect your laptop to the monitor. We can also provide a printer, if available. We provide internet via super fast fiber optic cable with download speeds up to 500 Mbps. We installed two of the best Wi-Fi access points available to fully cover the interior and exterior. One access point is located in the kitchen (Ubiquiti UniFi Access Point Long Range, UAP-AC-LR) and one access point in located outside (Ubiquiti UniFi Outdoor Access Point Mesh, UAP-AC-M). We also offer the ability to connect your laptop directly to the router via the Ethernet cable in the office and in the kitchen. We have tested our speeds with multiple devices and reached speeds of 50-500 Mbps. The maximum speed we reached with a smart phone is 260 Mbps and over 500 Mbps with cable connection. You can see in our listing that airBNB verified our Wi-Fi internet speed which was 260 Mbps during their test. We have two TVs, one in the bedroom / living room and the other one in the kitchen. They both have Satellite and local Antenna channels. The TV in the bedroom is a smart TV and connected to the internet so you can login with your accounts to different apps. We provide an Anker portable Bluetooth speaker. OUTDOORS The outdoor area is 510 m2. The main attraction is the pool! The pool size is 4 x 9 meters (36 m2) and 1.5 meters deep. There is an outdoor shower by the pool. We provide towels for the pool. There are beach lounge chairs with cushions and umbrellas by the pool. We also have a lounge set with a table and chairs with soft cushions for 4 people. This lounge set is covered with an awning. We also have a coffee bench outside the kitchen, ideal for slow summer mornings! We have a fully covered outdoor patio with a table, seating for 6 on the benches, 2 very relaxing swing chairs and good outdoor lighting including party lights. This is an amazing place for outdoor summer dining. There is a nice area with grass and irrigation system which keeps the grass green in the summer heat. Please note that pool is covered from October through April and outdoor lounge furniture is not available during this time. We also have a large gas grill available outside. CHILDREN We offer children / toddler dishes and utensils, pool toys, outdoor play house, 3 swings and game of cornhole. Upon request we can provide the following: baby bed (cot) and bedding (sheet, pillow and blankets), high chair for feeding, bathtub and toilet seat attachment. Guest access This rental unit is a private house and will be exclusively yours. It is fenced with green bushes and a wall and far away from the road. The parking is right next to the house. The house is located about 50 meters away from a separate house where the owners live. This is a quiet location outside of busy tourist areas. House Edi is located in a small town Vrecari on the east side of Istrian peninsula, and close to the beaches of Rabac which are only 7 km away (15 minutes by car). Rabac has the most well known pebble beaches in Istria. The historic town of Labin is located 5 km away, showing the charm of old cobbled streets and art galleries. Other things to note Between 18/6/2022 and 16/9/2022 we only accept reservations of full weeks with arrivals and departures on Saturday.
