The space

★ It is a diaphanous and serene room, where earth tones and soft fabrics are intelligently combined with warm light spotlights that are very well distributed. Ideal for your resting.

★ The LIVING AREA has a very comfortable 3-seater couch and a large 43'' Smart TV with access through LIVING LAS CANTERAS' own private account to Netflix (we do not have access to German TV channels).

★ Modern and well-equipped KITCHEN with oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer and the main small appliances. There is also a small DINING table, for up to four guests.

★ The MAIN BEDROOM is furnished with a double bed of 140 cms. Read for a while by turning on one of the two small lamps located above the head of the bed... and voilà! In addition, it has its own BATHROOM. The SECOND BEDROOM has two single beds that can be easily pushed together. Both bedrooms have three-door wardrobes with plenty of storage space.

★ Next to the terrace, in the large three-section closet you will find, in addition to THE WASHING MACHINE, an umbrella, BEACH CHAIRS and diving goggles.

★ The TERRACE is ideal for afternoon snacks or reading, or simply relaxing watching the sunset. If the sun bothers you, why not open the large awning?

★ Located on the fifth floor of a VERY QUIET BUILDING. On the ground floor there are 10 steps to climb to get to the lift. The beach is literally AROUND THE CORNER!

★ It is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, but it is VERY QUIET AT NIGHT. There are quite a few LAPTOP-FRIENDLY cafes and several coworking spaces, if you want to meet other digital nomads.

★ This accommodation is IDEAL FOR SHORT AND MEDIUM STAYS, holiday or business travellers, remote workers, couples or families with one or two children.

★ For stays of more than 14 nights, it is mandatory to hire an apartment cleaning service of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, the present and future ones!

Our cleaning crew:
￫ only uses approved disinfectants.
￫ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
￫ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
￫ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
￫ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
￫ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
￫ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
￫ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.
