The apartment has been curated with a Flex-cation stay in mind with great WIFI, laptop-friendly workspaces, and parking included.

Your home from home is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1bathroom apartment with private access. It boasts a fully-appointed kitchen, ensuite washer/dryer, heating & air conditioning, and a full bathroom with everything you need for a relaxing and reinvigorating stay!

Rigorous additional cleaning and sanitizing procedures are implemented before and after each stay.

Pricing is based on 2 sharing the apartment – hate extra fees? Great! You can bring 1 extra for free, just pay a small additional Pre-Authorization hold. Guest access
▪The apartment is for you and you only, your own private escape 
▪You’ll have access to a friendly team of guest advocates 24/7 in case of emergencies.
▪The apartment is stocked at the start of your stay for the max number of 4 guests
▪ Check-in is from 3 pm with check-out by 11 am – you can request late check-out for an additional fee.
▪Check-in anytime from 3 pm. Need to drop bags off early or store them after check out? Options are available for you for a very small fee via Radical Storage. I've got a list of local sites please tell us 24 hours in advance if you are dropping bags off early.
▪Remember to check local ordinances for any closures, pool, gym and other amenities are subject to closure at anytime
▪First aid kit, carbon monoxide alarms and smoke detectors in the unit. Fire extinguishers are on site and there are recycling/trash chutes too for waste.
▪Remember quiet hours of 22:00 – 08:00 am
▪Please read check-in carefully and call me with any queries – the leasing office in the building is not able to help.
▪There is an elevator in the building for easy access
▪No parties or unauthorized guests, no drug-taking or smoking – you will forfeit your reservation including the deposit and agree to pay damages
▪Grocery delivery and babysitting services are available
▪Additional cleanings are available for the discounted rate of $50
▪Anything stolen, broken will mean you agree to pay for the replacements
▪Remember parking is 1 spot per apartment and is 1st come 1st serve, please don’t park in reserved spaces. 
▪WIFI for home working or streaming, it is not designed for mass downloads of videos or call of duty marathons that suck up data. Also please don’t download anything illegal – your service would then be lost.

Note: As a software-connected host with a hotel&lodging license, I am required by law to collect a copy of an ID for all bookings.

Parking, Gym, and Pool
24/7 free parking is included- 1 spot, secured.
The gym is available 24 hours a day, please do not make a lot of noise, have loud music on from 10 pm to 6 am
The pool is not on-site, it is a short walk away and is for a small additional fee. Please reach out.

Background Check, Refundable Pre-Authorization Hold, and Minimum age of guests
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, a background check is run which has a small fee
You will need to submit in date photo ID and selfie
A refundable Pre-Authorization hold from $99 per booking is asked for any incidentals just the same as a hotel - this changes depending on the length of stay
The minimum age for booking is 25 years old

Quiet Hours are from 22:00 to 07:00

Essentially treat this like a home from home: no parties, no unauthorized guests, no smoking, drugs, excessive noise, or excessive cleaning.
