Want to work from here? There is now a comfortable desk, ergonomic chair, 24" monitor, and a high speed wired/wifi connection. Or, plenty of trendy co-working options or cafes around as well!

The space
January 2022 UPDATE and COVID Protocol: The décor of the apartment has been refreshed and all photos up to date. There is a brand new semi-firm mattress and both the bathroom and shower have been renovated. As part of the arrangement for long-term rentals, the apartment will be professionally COVID compliant cleaned prior to move-ins. Then, every two weeks during your stay we will arrange for a half-day of cleaning.

My target guest(s) is an individual or couple that wants to temporarily relocate or work remotely in the incredible Williamsburg neighborhood of NYC for a great value.

This is a cozy 1 bedroom "railroad" apartment that is only a few footsteps from the Bedford Avenue (L) subway stop. "Railroad" means the rooms are all connected straight through from front to back.

Apartment:
This apartment has 4 connected rooms- a kitchen, a bedroom, a middle room, and a large high ceiling living room. It's a classic Brooklyn design. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge/freezer, gas range, cabinets stocked with cooking ingredients, and All-Clad® cookware. The bedroom is internal and can be sealed for a dark and quiet sleep. The comfy semi-firm queen-sized bed was purchased in 2021 and sleeps two. The spacious high-ceiling living room has enough space to relax on the couch, do yoga on the floor, or lean back in an easy chair. A section of the living room is set up as a home office with a 24" external monitor, wired/ wireless connection, an ergonomic chair, and wireless phone charging station.

Building:
This is a small, quiet, and clean building. There is some light construction next door and some scaffolding up in the front and back. This may be removed by the time you rent. There is NO SMOKING in the building.

Guest access
You have access to my apartment only.
There is NO ACCESS to backyard, basement, or roof.

Other things to note
The place is my home so all guests are expected to treat it with respect. Also, the building is small and the neighbors are kind and quiet. So please respect them as well.
