The space
The Bedroom: This open design bedroom offers beautiful views of Denver's downtown cityscape includes a private balcony. The bedroom is complete with a queen size tempurpedic mattress, bedstands, and two full size closets that provide ample storage space. The fully automatic blinds reduce most light exposure when closed but consider wearing an eye mask if you are light-sensitive.

The Living Area: Complete with a cozy couch, 50 inch TV, full DIRECTV cable package, soundbar / subwoofer, and HDMI hookups. The living room coffee table extends into a 3-height optional table for an additional working space, or a convenient place to enjoy a meal. An additional double-stacked queen size air mattress is also provided for additional sleeping space.

The Kitchen: Fully stocked modern kitchen, with all stainless-steel appliances, coffee maker, pots, pans, knives, and any cooking/baking utensils you might need. Bar seating and a four-person dining table ensure this space is perfect for entertaining guests.

The Workstation: The workstation is designed for ease of use as you’ll only need to connect your laptop to the docking station via a single USB cord, as well as a wireless USB dongle for keyboard and mouse. As a guest, you’ll have access to a reserved parking spot on the highly desired 2nd floor, as well as a reserved motorcycle parking spot. The Spire is highly secure with key fob access to the ground-floor entrance and elevators. The parking space, 9th floor amenities and the sky club all require key fob access to enjoy.
