The space
We are on the 12th floor of a completely new building. Parking space for your car and additional parking space for your guests. Full lobby services and security 7/24. Complete apartment of 75 square meters, with living, and dining room, American bar with three stools, a great balcony with lateral view to the Caribbean and the spectacular Sierra Nevada, full kitchen with everything you ever need for your cooking, hot water, washer machine, refrigerator, microwave, and all the small appliances to make to stay as comfortable as possible. Two complete bathrooms and two bedrooms. We have comfortable accommodation for six adults. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in the social areas and the rooms too. Three smart TV’s, Hight speed internet of 120 MB (the hights speed for residential users in Colombia), a local phone line for emergency and local deliveries, an intercom phone to communicate from and to the front desk, two typical Caribbean rocking chairs in the balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee while you are seen the incredible sunsets in Santa Marta. The social areas (still in construction but available soon) will include two rooftop pools, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, social rooms, barbecue, billiards pool, ping pong table, children's play area, and many more amenities that will make this list so long. You have to be here to believe what this place is all about.

Playa Salguero is located between El Rodadero and Pozos Colorados, everything you need is walking distance, the ocean, the restaurants, supermarkets, banks, drugstores, malls, etc. You can take your car or one of the thousand yellow inexpensive taxis and go to Santa Marta, which is less than 10 minutes ways and have everything a medium side city offers, hospitals, big malls, museums, etc. Also if you want or need anything bigger there is Barranquilla, the third-largest city in Colombia with more than 3 Million people and everything you ever require. Cartagena is four our by car using a modern highway that connects all the big Colombian Caribbean Cost Cities.
