Shared house hold Amenities also available for guest use from full kitchen, to dinning area, Laundry room, bathroom with large shower or tub.

The space
Lovely second floor apartment unit. This apartment has four private shared bedrooms, each hosted by myself separately. The apartment is located in the heart of south San Francisco, just minutes away from SFO and Bart stations. The unit comes equipped with one shared bathroom and shower, full laundry room, full kitchen and dinning room use. The apartment currently offers four private rooms each rented separately. Each room is provided with a large modern style bed frame, comfy queen size mattress, and luxurious, super-soft, high-thread count bedsheets and pillows. A personal workstation office desk and office chair. Ready to use crisp and colorful 27 inch, high-def monitor screen, keyboard, and mouse with HDMI connection pod and cables ready for most standard tablets or laptops for a plug-in play experience, also provided are extra electronic device outlets, USB ports and cables, also with a bedside charging dock for smart device fast charging. Rooms also provided with a Mid-sized, sharp, crisp Smart HDTV each pre-programed and connected to WIFI and available for guest use. Popular streaming services like Netflix, HULU, Disney Plus, and Amazon prime each available for viewing in each room. Each room also comes with plenty of open closet space, provided with durable cloths hangers, a personal dresser, and a nightstand and room lamp each provided within arms reach of the bed. Installed in each bedroom door, is durable bedroom door lock and key. (Room key will be provided to main guest upon your arrival).

Guest access
Guest can get around the apartment fairly easily through ride shared apps, public transportation, (min’s away) or by personal transportation. Free public Parking is available around the property. Some area are posted and have parking instructions and limitations posted. Parking usually always available within the area of the property.

Please feel free to ask me anything. Please if you have over four guest please check with me as to make sure the space can accommodate a larger party during that time or make ready air mattresses, or extra sleeping arrangements.
