The space
The house is suitable both for Digital Nomads and for a couple or for families with young children. The structure is in compliance with all the necessary permits and is insured.

It has an area of 100 square meters and is arranged over three floors.
On the floor there are:
- the eat-in kitchen;
- a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink;
- a large living room with a comfortable french sofa bed (140X200cm) that overlooks a garden with a patio of about 50 square meters. In the living room there is air conditioning. The patio is equipped with a table and 4 chairs.

On the first floor there are:
– The bedroom with a queen-size bed (160X200cm). The room overlooks the garden from a terrace equipped with a table and chairs for two. In the room there is air conditioning;

– a second room with a workstation with ergonomic chair and 22-inch full hd monitor. In the room there is also a comfortable french sofa bed (140X200cm);

– a bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet, sink;

On the second floor there is a large utility room with a washing machine. In the room you can iron and hang freshly washed laundry.

The house is equipped with independent heating with external methane gas boiler. Moreover in all the house there is Internet Wi-Fi line and in some points via Ethernet.
The Internet connection is with fiber to the Home at 2,5 Gbit

From the house you can access the garage in the basement available upon request for a fee.
