South by Southwest, Austin City Limits, Zilker Park, University of Texas, Longhorn Stadium, the Capital, and convention center are just a quick ride away.

Tons of biking and running trails, paddle boarding & rowing all around.

It's a gated condo community with a pool and free parking.

Many restaurants, grocery stores, and liquor stores are nearby.

Cleaning: Thoroughly cleaned by excellent cleaners and up to CDC guidelines.

Condo rules:
We have neighbors with young families. Please be respectful of them and adhere to the noise curfew (10 pm ct). You don't have to walk on eggshells but please be quiet and respect other people's homes & privacy.

This is my personal home. Any violation will be directed at me. My neighbors have my number so will call me if there is a problem.

There are security cameras outside for enhanced security. There is no spying on our guests as we value your privacy.

Every guest has given me positive feedback, and I will absolutely give you a 5-star review if you respect the condo and my neighbors.

Austin is an amazing city, so you will have a great time!

The condo is very relaxed and the people are nice. I am a person renting out my place, not a company. Please respect my home and the other residents of the condo.

All of my neighbors and condo association have my number if there is an issue.

My team works very hard to clean the place, provide the best amenities and service, and most of all, make sure you enjoy your stay. I will happily leave positive feedback if you respect my condo.
