I invite you to stay in a cozy studio with a large bathtub and kitchen for a full rest with all the amenities in the center of St. Petersburg.

The territory of the house is under the supervision of the complex security, has a closed area and free parking, subject to availability.
Dixie supermarket is 100 m from the front room.
In 10 minutes walk - Ribbon hypermarket.
In 5-7 minutes - Baltic metro.

Tea, coffee, cocoa, all for dry breakfast: cereals, milk, porridge, as well as dessert for tea included.

The space
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: 2 monitors 27 inches, WiFi and cable internet (if you work at a remote location and you need a stable connection, you can find the Internet speed in the photo), a working anatomical chair, a smart TV, a kettle, a microwave, a hair dryer, a hair dryer, an electric stove, an oven, a hood, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, an air conditioner, a manual vacuum cleaner, as well as a robot vacuum cleaner with control through an application that will keep the floors clean while you enjoy the city's attractions, a blender, tableware, including for cooking on the stove and in the oven, towels, sleeping and shower accessories (shampoos, soaps, hair balms, toothpaste, shaving foam), electric dryers for clothes and shoes, a computer table with an adjustable height, smart scales, an additional mattress for comfortable sleeping on the sofa, anatomical rigid, as well as small or small pillows of your choice, a spacious balcony with a panoramic view of the city with a 16th floor and a large bathroom with heat. Also there is a first aid kit, basic necessary foodstuffs: cereal, dry breakfast and cereal, tea, coffee, cocoa, tea sweets, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, etc.

CHECK IN/OUT time. The standard CHECK out time is 12 noon (if there is no next check in after you or the next guests arrive late you can always stay longer if needed at no extra charge).
Accordingly, the check-in time is 15:00, as it takes time to clean between check-ins. But if the guests before you check out early or you arrive early, then I am always ready to go to the meeting and check you in early, so before booking, write, if possible, we will always arrange:)

PARKING.
You will have access to the closed courtyard, if there are spaces, you can park your car in the courtyard.

If necessary, I have a bicycle that is stored on the ground floor of the complex, if you want to use it, please let me know in advance.
You can also leave your bike or stroller there.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all rooms, smoking is possible on the common loggia.

Other things to note
This is my personal space, and here I keep some of my belongings that you won't be disturbed and won't be able to see, so please be very careful when you're staying at my place. I hope for understanding:)
