76 square meters, 3 separate rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 living room), kitchen, 1 bathroom (with bathtub), spacious balcony, 3rd floor of 3, LCD TV, russian TV channels, apple TV, free unlimited WI-FI, workplace with 24" monitor, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, stove, cooking panel, coffee machine (Delonghi), iron, ironing board, washing machine, electric chimney with heating fan option, reserved only for you parking place plus large parking nearby, silent and cozy.

Playpen-bed and high chair for kids are available on request.
Beds' sizes:
1. sleeping room - 180 cm * 200 cm, half of the bed with harder mattress, other - with softer mattress.
2. living room - folding sofa, 133 cm * 180 cm.
3. small room - bed 96 cm * 190 cm, kids bed - 80 cm * 155 cm.
New blankets and pillows. Pillows are of 2 height types. It's everything there for your comfort :)
