💠💠Back door entrance is keyless and you will be assigned your own private code for that door. Please enter the condo via back door with keyless smart lock. Please lock all doors when you leave the properties.

💠💠Full Private 2 Bathrooms with provided bath towels, bath gel and shampoo

Guest access
You have access to entire space including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, garage, patio.
You have access to the laundry room inside the garage $5/ load (contact me via airbnb for payment)
- For short term rental ( 1-5 days ) : 1st load Free , we charge for 2nd till you leave : $5/1 load
- For long term rental (over 6 days ) : you can wash and dryer 2 times/week , if you do more , we charge for $5/ load

- For your convenience, once you park in the garage, please walk through our private covered patio and enter the condo via back door with smart lock. You will not be provided key for front entrance. But you could also leave the condo via front door. Please remember to lock all doors before leaving the properties

- Once you check in the place, you will be given the direction to find the garage door opener. At the end of your stay, please remember to return the garage door opener to its original location. In the event you lose the garage door opener, we will charge $100 for it.

Other things to note
X No visitors/ No unpaid/unregistered guests for general safety (terminated reservation immediately without refund)

X Please leave the house condition “AS YOU FOUND”. Please treat the house respectfully like your own house. Additional cleaning fee (besides our standard cleaning fee) may apply.

1/ Pls help to keep QUIET anytime and respect our neighbor

2/ Only 1 CAR is allowed to park Overnight, inside private attached garage. No street parking allowed overnight, please take that into consideration when booking. During the day, you could park on the street if there is available parking, but please remember to move your car to the garage before midnight 12 A.M.

3/ DO NOT PARK on the street from Midnight (12 A.M. to 6 A.M.)to avoid being ticketed. (please read street sign)

4/ There is street cleaning every Friday morning, often between 8am to 11am (read street sign) Please do not park your car on the street during that time to avoid being ticketed.

5/ Community trash can is located at the end of the garage driveway. Please frequently take your trash there to maintain a clean living environment. SomeTrash bag is found inside kitchen cabinet, for the duration of your stay

6/ There are potential noise from street cleaning, garbage disposal company, landscaping services, footsteps and occasional noises from neighbors. Generally it is a quiet and safe neighborhood.
