You’ll love my place because it's in the heart of Condesa, CDMX, an open, lighted interior design, and full luxury conforts, incl panoramic jacuzzi. It is the PH of a 14 unit, one-of-a-kind building, designed for a unique, open feeling, as well as top safety (mostly expats). It has 24-hr private surveillance, bank-like entry doors, video cameras & on-site maintenance. It has a beautiful lobby, plenty of parking, and two Roof Gardens, one private and one shared, both with open views of the City.

The space
A digital nomad heaven, the apartment is 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom luxury PH in two main areas, with open spaces, lots of sunlight, and City wide views. The more expansive area is fully open and lighted, a very well equipped kitchen, good size dining table (6 chairs), a nice living room set with TV; 1/2 bath, and laundry room with washer and dryer. Also, a small, open collaborative workspace can be set with a desk for professionals living and working together.

The more private area contains three bedrooms, with the main one being an oversize, spacious executive style bedroom with a desk and a brand new LG 29" ultra-wide monitor to relax your eyes from all those hours working online. It also has shelves and an ample closet space, a 2-sink full bathroom and a jacuzzi with panoramic views.

The second and third bedrooms are smaller, but can both fit two people. They have plenty of sunlight, full closets, and a shared full bathroom, Plenty of space on all rooms to store your luggage on top of the closet. Either one can be used as a private office.

Connectivity is a very solid Telmex Infinitum Wifi at 500mbps.

I am an incredibly responsive Host. You'll have 24x7 messaging for any questions or concerns., and I'm not hesitant to send you via Amazon what ever may missing or even a great idea for improving your stay, and make the apartment more homely to you and future Guests. New bedsheets, pillow cases and towels, and purchased every year. The kitchen is periodically re-stocked for any missing utensils, pots, pans, etc. Any malfunctioning kitchen appliances are replaced immediately. And any furniture reported as damaged is repaired promptly. Any "cons" written by out past Guests, most likely have been taken care of them.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas within apartment and its exclusive Roof Garden, and well as all common spaces of the building, such as lobby, common Roof Garden, and parking lot. Please note that Guests may have occasional overnight visitors, but subletting is not acceptable. Security personnel allow overnight entry only to condos and renters/Airbnb guests.

Other things to note
I'm looking for stays of at least a month. For longer terms better prices can be negotiated.

Please note that there is a dish washer in the photos but it doesnt work, and cannot be fixed, so it's not part of the apartment's equipment.
