The space
The flat is beautifully furnished with a large private balcony, wooden floors, a fully tiled bathroom and equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, refrigerator and microwave. Netflix & Amazon Prime and Wifi available for guests.

I live in the flat, which gives it a nice homey feel! I have everything you need to cook and provide you with access to everything I have to make your stay perfect.

Guest access
The guests have the whole flat for themselves with a large private balcony. This is a self-check-in property.

Other things to note
You will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

You will have access to the balcony, but you can't use the spiral staircase to go on the roof for safety reasons.

For security purposes, an additional cost to replace the locks and keys of £150. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If we discover any evidence that this rule has been broken (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we will fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee at a minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, or loud noises (Ring Door Bell tracks visitors). Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
