This lovely, sunny, spacious house is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends looking for a London home.
Beautiful, three-bedroom house, brilliantly located beside east London's fabulous London Fields park, within walking distance of the bars, restaurants, markets and shops of Broadway Market, Victoria Park, Bethnal Green, Shoreditch and Columbia Road.
The space
On the ground floor you will find a large living room and dining room space with high ceiling which is semi opened to the kitchen. All spaces have direct access to the terrace which has a bbq and dining table and chairs.
On the first floor you will find a toilet, a full equipped bathroom, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom which is currently used as a utility room and which will have a floor futon mattress. On the second floor you will find the loft area which is made of a work/desk space and a sleeping space with a sofa bed and a large TV.
Other things to note
The house is located on a semi busy street, so we recommend the use of ear plugs for light sleepers.
