Relax with the whole family in our peaceful home where it will feel like a Resort. The homes hosts a heated pool, lots of games, incredible sound Sonos system. It's located 1.5 blocks from the beach. & 1.5 blocks from the river. Featuring a built-in coffee machine to prepare a variety of coffees from expresso to lattes.

The home has 2 kitchens an indoor chef's kitchen with Thermador appliances and an outdoor kitchen with a gas and charcoal ceramic grill.

The space
THE HOUSE

The house have 5 comfortable rooms, 3 ensuites, with awesome mattresses,
The master suite is equipped with a king size bed, walk-in closet and bathroom with a spa like soaking tub and multi-jet shower.
Furthermore the 55" TV have playbar Sonos Beam and Netflix.

The cabana (pool house) is an outside room, that provide lots privacy, with a queen bed, nice bathroom, desktop/table, coffee machine and 55" TV with Netflix.
The first guest room has its own bathroom, queen size bed and 55" TV with Netflix and Amazon Sticks.
The second guest room have a queen size bed and 55" TV with Netflix.
Finally the last bedroom have two bed twins, with rails by request if is needed and a desktop.
The living room space has 2 ultra-comfortable leather couches with 4 build in recliners.

To eat
The kitchens: Inside a master chef kitchen, with an oversized island, coffee machine, air fryer, blender, toaster, bread maker, french door oven and range convection microwave, 2 refrigers and freezers and everything you need to prepare the best meals. Outside you have a mini refrigerator, gas stove, gas barbecue and charcoal barbecue.
If you want to prepare the best brazilian Picanha in the Kamado Egg Barbecue I would love to help.
Around the house we have a beautiful landscaping with several fruit trees. If the fruits are ripe help yourself.

To have fun
The best part of Florida is the weather and hot temperatures where you'll want to dip in the pool or run into the waves of the ocean at the beach.
We have both!
Our pool is set 80F degrees all year around, but get hotter during the summer. Its 6ft deep in the deepest point and it has a "beach" area with a table to relax and have a drink, but in this area please no glass. We provide chair, towels, etc.
For the kids we have two special boxes, which one full of toys, one for boys, one for girls.
Besides that, several board games, dices and card games complete the experience.
By request we provide two mountain bikes 18 gears.

The neighborhood
Quite and Friendly describes neighbors the most.
We highly recommend you wave to everyone you see and give some complements when is possible to keep the tradition of the friendly neighborhood.
Around the block is Orlando Park for kids, toddler and teenagers, at two blocks Lili's Park, a little further Riverside Park, when you have a Pier and The Swing, best place to watch everyday sunsets.
If you like to fish you have in front of you the huge Indian River. Go have fun.
After the bridge you have the Historic Downtown Melbourne, with lots of restaurants and fun places to visit.
On the other side of the island is the Atlantic Ocean and the beach where you can swing, surf or build sand castles.
