Come relax and unwind in this 72 year old renovated Mill Home with plenty of charm to go around! Located on a mature lot in the heart of historic Fort Mill, this home was custom designed by Blue Pineapple decorators with our guests experience in mind. Work remotely on the 27" computer monitor and 47" desk. You will get to be one with nature all while enjoying the amazing upgrades inside the home.

The space
We invite you to enjoy all the wonderful spaces we have created.  From the beautifully remodeled kitchen and bath to the shiplap walls/ceilings throughout, this home offers many modern updates while still keeping the character older homes possess.  

The proximity of our home to multiple hot spots in Fort Mill can't be beat!  It's the perfect spot to have as a home base before walking over to the annual strawberry festival or a concert at the new amphitheater in Walter Elisha Park.  Come back and enjoy each other's company on the back deck or around the expansive kitchen island.  After a long day everyone can retire to their own king-sized bed for a comfortable and cozy night's sleep.  Even your fur baby can enjoy themselves in the fully-fenced in backyard!!

This is a pet-friendly home and requires an additional fee of $150 Per pet to stay in the property.  PLEASE NOTE: This is not a deposit and does not cover damage or additional cleaning as a result of the pet stay. 
There is a $20 per guest per night additional fee for groups over 6 people.

Per city and insurance guidelines, we are required to request the full names and rough ages of all the guests staying at the property.  Please be prepared to send that information over when booking.
