Live like a Charleston local in our updated three-bedroom Park Circle house. Our friendly, eclectic neighborhood is located 10 min the airport, 15 min from downtown, and 20 min from the beach at Sullivan’s Island.

The space
Our house has a relaxed vibe and slightly funky aesthetic, which we think you will find is reflective of the Park Circle area. All are welcome!

Relax in the living room on the custom Joybird modern chaise sofa while watching the mounted flat screen smart TV. The living room can easily be turned into a cozy den for movie watching or a makeshift extra bedroom for a larger group by drawing the blackout curtains and pulling the queen-sized memory foam bed out of the sofa.

Enjoy cooking in our fully equipped, open kitchen with a gas five-burner stove, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and beautiful reclaimed wood shelves. The kitchen is open to the dining area with a reclaimed wood bar. If its a nice day you may prefer cooking and dining al fresco on our private, sunny deck with the dual charcoal and gas grill and extra-long picnic table (seats 12).

There are three comfortable bedrooms, all with queen-sized mattresses with new luxurious, cotton all-white bedding and fluffy down-alternative (hypoallergenic) .

There is also a laptop-ready office area with a desk, monitor, mouse, keyboard, and printer.

Dogs are welcome! We only ask that you keep them off the furniture. Please note that the yard is private but not fully fenced.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and grounds, with the exception of the garage, which is used for storage.
