The space

Lower level has its own private queen bedroom, separate full bath, and den with TV, perfect for groups, families, and couples traveling together.

If you're inclined to cook, the kitchen is well equipped to support almost any culinary adventure—including a 6-burner stove, large oven/broiler, spacious fridge/freezer, food processor, large wok, and Instant Pot.

Note that the office can also be used as a 4th bedroom; it has a futon couch that converts to a single bed.

Guest access
All living spaces are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Access to the home is through front door keypad code.

We do keep personal items in locked storage rooms on the bottom level, and in the garage, but there is plenty of room for 3+ cars to park in the driveway.

Other things to note
We love living in this home when we're not sharing it with our Airbnb guests, but it should feel all yours during your stay, as we stow all personal items away in locked storage. Anything we've left accessible is for your enjoyment during your stay, including books, games, food, and beverages.

If you have an electric vehicle, we have two exterior 120v outlets accessible in the driveway between the detached garage and house, and another exterior outlet on the front porch, accessible to the top of the driveway. There are also multiple free Level II chargers all around SLC—most are ChargePoint, so you can locate them via the ChargePoint or PlugShare apps.
