The space
This spacious home has all the charm you could ever ask for.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch. Because sometimes we just want a home-cooked meal, right?

The living room is furnished with a 50" flat-screen TV where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends ;) (you can also see the TV from the bedroom). There is also a desk in the living room equipped with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Oh and also our wifi is the fastest around clocking in at just over 300 Mbps, so you can attend those important Zoom meetings!

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, oxygen, and more.

As I mentioned earlier, this home is so perfect, that you'll want to stay forever. We've had guests ask. Just kidding. (But seriously.)

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

Guest access
You have access to the entire apartment and patio except for the cabinets directly under the sink. That is my personal storage.

99% of the time community amenities will be available, but please message us before booking to confirm the availability since that is not controlled by us.

Other things to note
As this is a long-term stay, you will be responsible for providing your own paper towels and toilet paper. We will of course provide some upon check-in to get you started along with other cleaning supplies!

You will also be responsible for putting the trash out every week and bringing them in. There is a trash chute on every floor.

In an effort to maintain secure premises, the home is equipped with an exterior camera. The camera is ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
