The space

You can also just kick back and relax and read a book on the Sunbrella outdoor furniture. The umbrella shade has built-in solar lights so it can be used day or night.

The modern kitchen features an island with white quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and kitchen essentials including a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy your cup of Joe and have breakfast out on the covered balcony off the kitchen. You can also stoke up the Weber gas BBQ and grill up some food for dinner. The living room boasts a 75" tv and a sectional couch that converts to a queen size bed. The large windows throughout let in a lot of natural sunlight.

Please note, this is not a party house. If you are looking for a place to do so, we kindly ask that you book elsewhere. Parties and additional guests are not permitted. Any excessive noise and activities will be reported by our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am.

We do not allow pets during your stay. Yes, that does include your adorable, hypoallergenic four-legged family member.
