The space
Your home away from home. This property was just built (March 2022). Find all of the comforts of home in this country home that is close to Sumter (15 min) , Camden (20 min) and Columbia (1 hour).
Beds have premium mattresses, large wall mounted tv's in the master and living room. Plug your laptop into the large monitor. Print any documents you need during your stay on the printer in the office which includes a two person desk and office supplies (pens, paper, paperclips, staples, highlighters). We have an upgraded cable package so you are sure to find some great in home entertainment. Barbeque on the grill on the deck and dine indoors or choose to eat outdoors on the deck patio set. Our front porch has seating for two. The kitchen includes all of the basics you will need (pots, pans, baking dishes, plates, utensils, French coffee press, blender, serving dishes, placemats and more).

There is a dirt road leading up to the home (that's how new this neighborhood is). Large paved driveway to park in.

Bring your pets. Home comes complete with dog toys, dog treats, dog bowls, kennel and pet blankets.
