Guest Access

Upon Check-In, you will be provided with the following:

- One(1) House Key to the apartment
- One(1) Keyfob for the building entrance

Other things to note:

- Check-In Time is between 4pm-10pm. Any time after 10pm must be pre-approved before booking. If you notify me that you will have a late check-in without discussing beforehand, I will not be able to check you in that day, and cancellation policy will apply.

- The Cleaning Fee is for the cleaning after the guest(s) check-out. I do not offer any cleaning services during your stay regardless of the duration of the stay. Guests are welcome to hire their own maid services, but must let me know ahead of time.

- If you have any questions prior to your booking, please message me first before confirming your booking to avoid any confusion or last minute cancellations.

- I do not have any control on the fees and the occupancy tax, that’s collected by Airbnb.
- Please add all guest to your booking, any person staying overnight will count as a guest, all infants and children are also counted as guest(s)

House Rules:

1) Please care for my home like its your own.
2)Please note the Check-In is after 4pm and before 10pm, and Check-out time is before 10am
3) Please No Smoking inside the apartment, on the balcony, or anywhere inside the building
4) No pets please
5) No partying, loud music, or inviting visitors into the building
6) Please turn off the lights and air conditioner when you are leaving the apartment.
7) Please be considerate of the neighbors if you come back after 10pm
8) Please do not use the white towels to wipe off your makeup or mop up any thing, if you have stained any towels or sheets, please put it aside
9) Please take out the trash when you're checking out. The trash chute is located down the hall on the 3rd floor to right when you exit the apartment.
10) Please do not throw any trash or waste over the balcony onto the street
11) Please start a load of towels when you check-out

Important: If any one asks, please let them know that you are the guests of a resident, if you have any request or questions, please message me, Do Not contact the leasing office.

Replacements:
- Lost key - $75
- Lost remote key fob - $175
-$50 charge for lock outs between 8 am and 8 pm.
-Additional $50 charge for lock outs between 8 pm and 8 am.
* Please take care of the keys and the remotes
- Stained Towels/Sheets, any stains that can't be removed from our all white linens will be charged for replacement. We do not use harsh chemical to treat our sheets, so we must toss them if the stains do not come out.
