DescriptionWhy is this stay fit for a remote worker

Exceptionally clean and comfortable home seated on an acre with breathtaking mountain views. Escape and relax! And if needed continue to work remotely with high end router connectivity and a dual monitor work station.

The space
Escaping to the mouth of Paradise Valley, our ranch style home is seated on an acre with surrounding trees and mountain views for your relaxation. The home is kept extremely clean w/ no indoor animals or smoking.

The main floor offers a kitchen and dining area, w/ adjacent breakfast window bench and comfortable living room with beautiful mountain views. The master bedroom offers a king bed w/ ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, trundle and an additional hallway full bathroom.

The daylight walk-out basement has a large family room with TV. The two bedrooms offer a queen bed and a twin over full bunkbed with hallway bathroom.

This is a primary residence and we love our home for the simple functional enjoyment it provides with beautiful views, as well as quick and easy accessibility to outdoor adventure. Our ranch is great to enjoy with a large back deck overlooking Livingston Peak, BBQ grill, firepit deck and of course our farm animals. We have 16 chickens (no roosters to wake you early), 2 goats and 1 dog. All field animals are housed in the pasture fields and taken care of by hired ranch hand. The dog goes with us.

Come escape, relax, take a load off!! And if you're hoping to do so while continuing to work remotely, we've just upgraded to a new high end router for excellent wifi connectivity with a high-low work station desk with dual monitors available and ready for you. We do have a TV & DVD player however no TV service so bring your own DVDs or redbox should you wish. Guests may also login to their preferred networks through the guest Roku.

We are surrounded by 1-10 acre ranches which provides privacy and relaxed country living feel. The neighborhood is quiet and quite lovely to take a walk around the pond.

Our home is located within 3/4 mile of the famous Yellowstone River which offers world class fly-fishing. We often enjoy floating the river in our raft or drift boat. Local companies are available for guiding or equipment rental. We've got a great deal of wildlife in our area, often graced with deer in our front yard in the mornings or evenings. The occasional black bear has been known to wander into the area during apple season. Within miles is the gorgeous Paradise Valley boasting peaks over 10,000 ft with fabulous hiking, camping, hunting and fishing. After a hike, enjoy a soak in the Chico Hot Springs. 45 minutes south is the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park at Mammoth Hot Springs. Bridger Bowl ski area is about a 35 minute drive and has some of the very best terrain and snow I have ever had the pleasure of skiing. Big Sky Ski Resort is a bit further of a drive, but also worth it.

Our town of Livingston is about as rich in Montana history and culture as you could hope for. Many international films were produced here including "River Runs Through It". The old main street of town has been incredibly preserved with many wonderful restaurants and art galleries. Friday nights through the summer offer a really great gallery stroll downtown, and Wednesday afternoons offer a local farmers market with vendors, live music and food trucks.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy comfortable, clean and clutter free bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. Guests may also enjoy the fenced backyard and the goats and chickens beyond in the farm fencing should they desire. *** This is a personal residence 9 mths/yr with personal items such as family photos on the wall. Access to closets and dresser drawer space may be limited, and no garage use. Hangers are provided on hooks in each room. The clean refrigerator may have some owner condiments, which take up limited space. Fridge and freezer will provide ample space for guest use.
