The space
On the ground floor you will find a large living room and dining room space with high ceiling which is semi opened to the kitchen. All spaces have direct access to the terrace which has a bbq and dining table and chairs.
On the first floor you will find a toilet, a full equipped bathroom, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom which is currently used as a utility room and which will have a floor futon mattress. On the second floor you will find the loft area which is made of a work/desk space and a sleeping space with a sofa bed and a large TV.

Other things to note
The house is located on a semi busy street, so we recommend the use of ear plugs for light sleepers.
