The space
Very convenient yet quiet location, walking distance to supermarket, Starbucks and restaurants. Close to Stanford, Apple, Kaiser, and many tech companies.

May 2022 purchased and clean: Feather comforter, mattress, mattress protector, bedding, pillows, towels and dinning table. We just moved into this house since May and furnished it w/ love. We pay special attention to the cleanliness.

This house is beautiful and clean, hardwood flooring throughout in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a large backyard garden. Zen feeling created by a fountain and hummingbirds visits.

You’ll have a private bedroom with standing desk, Herman Miller chair, a big office desk, and night stand.

Cleaning done in common area every month.

Guest MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID and can provide proof upon request. Owner is fully vaccinated.

Living room, dining room, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen with pots and dishes, backyard with big lawn garden.

You’ll have access to pretty much the entire house except other bedrooms.

Front door keypad entry code will be sent out before check-in.

Other things to note
- The house has central AC and heating.

- Shoes off when inside.

- Plenty of street parking.

- You can park the bike in the garage, but vehicles can only be park on the driveway or on the street.

- Feel free to use the kitchen and coffee machine. Please let us know if you want to use outdoor grill.

- Single occupancy only. Visitors and overnight guests are not permitted. We will cancel your reservation if this is violated. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.

- Please beware of the Airbnb host cancellation policies.

IMPORTANT policy about changing an existing reservation:

1. Shortening the existing reservation is the same as cancellation. Please refer to Airbnb cancellation policy

2. To extend an existing reservation, please follow these steps:
- Make an new reservation just like how you book the existing one

-Send us a note to waive the second cleaning fee if you don’t need cleaning on the check out date of your first reservation

- Please note: we don’t accept alteration. Based on our experience, alteration is complicated and confusing for our guests.
- If you are thinking of extending your stay, you may want to do it as early as possible.
