This stylish retreat can serve as a place to unwind after spending the day hiking and exploring. Check out Mt Lemmon, Sabino Canyon or the Tucson Nightlife. Control the temp with your own remote controlled AC. In case you need to check in with work feel comfortable using the high-speed internet/desk/monitor.

The space
Open studio floor plan with ~ 700 sqft, a newly renovated bedroom/living area, kitchen, bathroom and closet. Although it is entirely private and has it’s own entrance, it is attached to our home. We are on site and available to help with any concerns/questions.

Bedroom/Living area : New King sized bed (with soft topper), a full sized (hide-a-bed) couch (with optional memory foam available), a work area with desk (high speed internet/monitor/keyboard), flat screen TV, Roku with Netflix access and local over-air channels included.
Remote to control your own GREE heating/cooling unit as well as the overhead fan, to keep the temp just where you want it.

Kitchen: Includes a full-sized fridge (with water/ice), microwave, cooktop, oversized sink, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. Coffee (drip) maker, as well as a French press, toaster, pots/pans/dishes etc. Everything you need to cook your own meals when not enjoying the local restaurants. An adjustable height kitchen table and even water bottles and cooler to take with on hikes/picnics.

Bath: Newly renovated with lighted mirror, stand up tiled shower and ceramic tiled floors.

Closet: Large closet to store your things. Has extra kitchen/bath items as well as several robes for when lounging around.

Access: Digital lock on door with code unique to your stay.

Parking: There is off-street parking (in front of house) available for one regular sized vehicle. (Please no commercial vehicles).

Guest access
The guest suite is a private space attached to the house but a completely independent apartment like suite with its own private entrance with unique entry code.
